These terms apply when you register for or use EventHub in connection with National NICP ICT Summit 2026.
Registration responsibilities
Provide accurate information, protect your account, registration reference, and QR tickets, and comply with organizer, venue, safety, and acceptable-use rules. Account and ticket QR codes are personal and must not be shared.
Programme and event changes
Schedules, speakers, venues, capacity, and delivery arrangements may change when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated through the contact channels you provide.
Cancellations and transfers
Cancellation, substitution, refund, and transfer eligibility follow the organizer’s published event policy. Registrations and badges may not be sold, misused, or transferred without authorization.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with EventHub, impersonate another attendee, submit unlawful content, misuse QR credentials, or attempt unauthorized access. Questions may be sent to admin@surepayinc.com.ph.
