We collect identity, contact, organization, address, accessibility, dietary, programme, registration, check-in, badge, account, notification, and evaluation information supplied during event participation.
How information is used
Information is used to process registrations, prevent duplicates, deliver operational email, create QR tickets and badges, manage programme capacity, support attendee needs, administer event access, and improve future events.
Storage, security, and sharing
Records are stored in secured systems with role-based access controls. Information may be shared with authorized event organizers and service providers only as needed for event delivery, security, and legal obligations. EventHub does not sell attendee information.
Your choices and rights
You can update your attendee profile and notification state after signing in. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing admin@surepayinc.com.ph. Retention or legal requirements may limit deletion.
